Abstracts of the proposed papers should be sent by 30 October 2009 followed by two hard copies of the paper together with a copy of floppy disk / CD to the Conference Secretariat before 30 October 2009 . Acceptance of papers for inclusion in the proceedings is subject to scrutiny by the Technical Advisory Committee of the Global Stone Technology Forum and their decision shall be final. Based on selection, only a few of the paper writers will be invited to present their papers during the conference.

For registration as a conference delegate, please fill up the attached registration form and return it together with your payment to the organisers or the co-organisers.

Travel, boarding and lodging shall be the responsibility of the delegates.

Lunch shall be arranged during each Conclave.

All payments for conference to be made by Demand draft in favour of "CDOS" payable at Jaipur or "FICCI" payable at New Delhi, in Indian Rupees or in US Dollars as applicable.
